30-Day Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@maplelinegoods.ca to initiate a return.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately.

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds appear on your original payment method.
